Upon completion of any website or spreadsheets, payment of development fees, the client owns the commissioned website / spreadsheet. The client may continue to use the commissioned website to promote the client company or organization regardless of whether he/she chooses to continue further services with PHX-STUDIO. If the website is powered by PHX-STUDIO, a logo will be placed on the page footer and "Powered by phx-studio" will also be placed just below your Company Logo

Website domain names are leased from domain registration companies, and when PHX-STUDIO registers a domain on behalf of a client, it is registered in the client's name. Upon payment of any outstanding fees, the client retains full rights to use the domain, regardless of whether they choose to continue services with PHX-STUDIO. Should the client wish to manage their own hosting, the website, along with the domain, will be transferred to the client's hosting provider. It will then be the client's decision whether to continue with PHX-STUDIO for website maintenance.

If the client decides to terminate services with PHX-STUDIO entirely, the website and domain will be transferred to the client's hosting platform, and the “Powered by PHX-STUDIO” credit will be updated to “Built by PHX-STUDIO.” At this point, no further maintenance fees will apply, and the client will assume full responsibility for the website.

All text, photos, videos, and graphics used as content in a commissioned website must be provided by the client (unless the client has hired phx-studio for content development). The client must have ownership and written permission to use all content he/she provides for the website solely. It is up to each client to ensure his/her design and/or content does not infringe on any trademark, service mark, or copyright laws. PHX-STUDIO is not responsible for intellectual property infringements on behalf of clients. Also, PHX-STUDIO will not be responsible for submitted content.

At PHX-STUDIO, our web design contracts include a customized payment plan agreed upon in advance, tailored to the selected package. Once the final payment is completed, the website will be transferred from the beta server to the main client domain, making it live.

Payments for ongoing services such as hosting, maintenance, SEO, or e-commerce support are billed on the 1st of each month, and we accept bank transfers, with standing orders being the preferred option for regular maintenance plans. Clients facing financial challenges are encouraged to contact us to discuss alternative payment arrangements.

Please note that if payment is overdue by more than seven days, the website will be automatically deactivated until payment is resolved.

Should a client choose to discontinue services with PHX-STUDIO, the completed website will be provided in a .zip folder, leaving the client responsible for securing new hosting services and managing the installation of the website and domain and future mantainance. To ensure a seamless transition and avoid unintended service interruptions, clients must submit a written request for service termination via email.
