PHX-STUDIO is a digital studio based in Enfield, London. We design and build websites, spreadsheets, iOS apps, client portals, RSVP event pages, and Fos Mou digital memorials.
We have been trading since 2014 and work with local businesses, organisations and families across Greater London and beyond.
We are based in Enfield, London, United Kingdom. We commonly work with clients in Enfield, Waltham Abbey, Waltham Cross, Edmonton Green, Southgate, Forty Hill, Oakwood, Winchmore Hill and the wider London area.

Yes. Most of our clients are small and medium businesses, professionals, event hosts and families. Packages are designed to be clear and approachable rather than “enterprise only”.
Enfield is our home base, but we happily work remotely with clients across the UK. Meetings can be online or, where practical, in person locally.

You should provide accurate business information, photos you have rights to use, and any legal pages you want published. We can help structure pages and polish wording, but you remain responsible for the accuracy of your content.
If you need full copywriting or photography, ask us — we can quote that as an add-on or recommend a collaborator.
Yes. We explain options in plain English and handle the technical setup. After launch we show you how to make simple updates, or you can keep a maintenance plan and leave updates to us.
Initial enquiries and package guidance are free and without obligation. If you need a detailed discovery workshop or written specification before committing to a build, we will tell you clearly if that stage is chargeable.

Each package lists its inclusions on the relevant division page (pages, email setup, SEO level, NFC cards, booking forms, portal modules, and so on). Anything outside that list is an add-on and quoted separately.
Third-party fees (domains, Apple Developer accounts, paid plugins, stock assets) are extra unless your quote says they are included.
Prices are shown in GBP. VAT is added if and when we are VAT-registered and required to charge it. Invoices will show any VAT clearly.
Website and larger projects typically use a deposit before work starts and balance before launch or handover. Bigger app builds may use staged milestones. RSVP and many Fos Mou packages are often payable in full upfront because of short timelines.
Ask us if you need a staged plan — we will confirm what is possible for your project in writing.
Optional monthly fees cover ongoing maintenance, hosting support, updates and monitoring as described in your plan. They are not a “hidden” project fee — the project price covers the build; monthly cover keeps things secure and up to date after launch.
RSVP Bronze packages start from £25 for a single-page digital invitation (around 1 day). Spreadsheet Bronze packages start from £250. Website Bronze starts from £1,250. Choose based on what you actually need rather than price alone.

Upon full payment you receive a licence (or assignment if expressly agreed in writing) to use the finished website design and custom code produced for you. We retain our pre-existing frameworks, libraries and know-how. Third-party themes, plugins and stock assets remain under their own licences.
Yes — domains and hosting may be registered in your name or managed under our partner accounts (for example Hostinger), as confirmed in writing. SSL, backups and uptime depend on the hosting plan selected.
We implement agreed on-page and technical SEO measures (Essential, Premium or Deluxe depending on package). We do not guarantee rankings, traffic or sales — those depend on competition, algorithms and your ongoing content and marketing.
Yes. Sites are built to be responsive so they work on phones, tablets and desktops. We test common modern browsers before launch.
Depending on the build, simple content edits may be something we show you how to do. For ongoing security updates, backups and larger changes, a maintenance plan is recommended.
Yes. We can rebuild or redesign an existing site under a Bronze, Silver or Gold scope (or a custom quote). We will discuss what content to keep, redirects so you do not lose search visibility, and hosting arrangements.
We build in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel or compatible tools as agreed in your brief. Tell us which platform your team already uses so handover is smooth.
Bronze packages are typically around 5 days, Silver around 10 days and Gold around 20 days, depending on complexity, number of sheets and integrations.
Spreadsheets process the data and logic you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of source data and for verifying outputs before making business decisions. We are not your accountant, auditor or financial adviser.
Yes — handover usually includes a short demo or notes so your team can use the file confidently. Extra training sessions can be quoted if needed.
Yes, where technically suitable. Website or database integrations are available as add-ons on Spreadsheet packages. We will scope this carefully so the solution stays maintainable.
We offer Webview, Hybrid and Native iOS packages (Bronze, Silver and Gold). Features can include App Store release support, push notifications, Face ID / Touch ID and portal integrations depending on the package.

Apps should normally be published under your Apple Developer account. We can guide you through the process. Store fees and Apple’s own charges are separate unless your quote says otherwise.
No developer can guarantee Apple’s review outcome. We build to current guidelines and help with listing materials, but Apple alone decides approval, review times and ongoing compliance.
Our published app packages focus on iOS. If you need Android as well, ask us — we can discuss options or a phased approach based on your budget.
OS upgrades and guideline changes may require paid update work unless covered by your maintenance plan. Monthly app maintenance keeps support predictable after launch.
A portal is a secure online area for bookings, clients, managers and/or employees — for example rotas, invoices, messaging and job status — so your team and customers are not stuck in endless email chains.
Bronze, Silver and Gold portals with increasing features (booking systems, manager/client areas, employees, rotas, finance and communication modules). Add-ons include theme customisation and deeper integrations.
You are normally the controller of personal data entered into the portal (clients, staff, bookings). PHX-STUDIO acts as processor when we host or support the portal, processing data only on your instructions.
Yes. You appoint admin users and manage staff access. You should remove leavers promptly. We can suspend access to protect systems against abuse or non-payment after notice.
On termination, subject to cleared invoices, we provide a reasonable export in a common format where technically feasible (typically within 30 days), then delete or anonymise remaining personal data from live systems except where retention is required by law or disputes.
An RSVP page is a digital invitation microsite where guests can confirm attendance, see event details, use sat-nav links, view countdowns, leave comments and sometimes upload photos — depending on your package.
RSVP packages are built for short timelines — Bronze is typically around 1 day, Silver around 3 days and Gold around 7 days. Exact timing depends on how quickly you supply details and photos.
Bronze starts from £25 for a single page. Silver and Gold packages add more pages and features such as sat-nav, countdown timers, comments and photo upload. Add-ons are listed on the RSVP page.
You (the event organiser) control guest lists and RSVP responses. Guests submit data to you; we process it to operate the page. Choose privacy settings carefully and avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive information.
Hosting may continue for an agreed period and then be archived or removed unless you extend it. Ask us if you want to keep the page as a keepsake for longer.
Fos Mou is PHX-STUDIO’s digital memorial service — respectful memorial pages and related NFC / QR products so families can share a loved one’s story online and at a resting place.
You should be next of kin, executor, or otherwise authorised to create and publish the memorial and to supply photographs and biographical details. Tell us if there are family sensitivities we should respect.
Physical NFC or QR products link visitors to the memorial page. They are made to order — please check spellings carefully before production. Customised physical goods are generally non-refundable once production has started, except where faulty or required by law.
Memorials may include health, religion or other sensitive details. By submitting such content you instruct us to publish it as requested. Avoid including unnecessary data about living third parties without their consent.
Pages may be reachable via link or NFC. Consider carefully what you publish. Privacy and access options can be discussed when you order.
No. We are a digital services provider. We aim to be respectful and supportive, but we are not a funeral director, counsellor or legal probate adviser.
Most projects follow this path:
Client delays in providing content, feedback or access may extend timelines. We are not liable for launch delays caused by client-side delay. Keeping a single decision-maker speeds things up.
Revision rounds are as agreed in your proposal. Extra rounds or major scope changes outside the package may be chargeable. We will flag this before doing chargeable work.
Sometimes, depending on capacity. RSVP packages are built for short timelines. Rush changes near event dates or compressed website schedules may incur fees and are subject to availability.
Website builds typically include a warranty period for reproducible defects against the agreed scope (commonly 30 days). Ongoing updates, security patches and content edits are covered by a maintenance plan where purchased.
A bug is something that does not work as agreed in the original scope on supported browsers or devices. New pages, redesigns, extra integrations or “nice to have” changes are new features and are quoted separately.
We respond during normal UK business hours unless your plan says otherwise. Emergency fixes outside plan hours may be chargeable.
You can still contact us for ad-hoc help, which is quoted as needed. Without a plan you remain responsible for hosting renewals, updates and security monitoring on systems you control.
Yes for most build projects. Websites typically require around 50% before work starts and the balance before launch. Deposits are generally non-refundable once substantive work has started, except where required by law or where we cancel without cause.
Bank transfer and such card or online processors as we notify you (for example Stripe or PayPal). Never send passwords or full card details by email — use only official links or bank details we provide.
Invoices are due within 14 days unless your invoice or proposal says otherwise. Monthly maintenance is payable in advance for each period.
Bespoke digital work is generally non-refundable after delivery of the agreed scope, except where required by law or if we fail to deliver that scope. Consumer statutory rights still apply where you buy as a consumer.
After notice we may pause work, withhold launch credentials or suspend maintenance, hosting, portal access or updates for overdue undisputed invoices. Business clients may also be subject to statutory late-payment interest where applicable.

We use contact and project data to respond to enquiries, deliver services, invoice, and support your project. We do not sell your personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Our site may use essential and analytics cookies or similar technologies. See the Cookies section of our Privacy Policy for details and how we approach consent tools.
Only where needed — for example hosting providers, payment processors, email tools or analytics — under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
We target current mainstream browsers (recent Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge) on common desktop and mobile devices. Older unsupported browsers may not render modern layouts perfectly.
Website packages include business email setup guidance or configuration as described in the package (for example 1, 10 or 30 mailboxes depending on tier). Domain DNS and mailbox hosting provider limits still apply.
An NFC card stores a tap-to-open link to your website, digital card or memorial page. Several website and Fos Mou packages include plastic or metal NFC cards as standard or as add-ons.
We build the right stack for the project — from clean custom sites to systems integrated with portals and apps. Ask us what we recommend for your goals, budget and how you want to edit content later.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures such as access controls, TLS where appropriate, least-privilege access and backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take practical steps to protect your project.
