This policy explains ownership and permitted use of content relating to PHX-STUDIO, our website, client deliverables, and third-party materials.

• All PHX-STUDIO and Fos Mou names, logos, phoenix device, package names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, code and layout on phx-studio.com (and related sites) are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may view and print pages for personal or internal evaluation.
• You may not copy, scrape, resell, frame, reverse engineer, or create derivative public templates from our site without prior written permission.
• “PHX-STUDIO”, “Fos Mou” and associated marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.

• Subject to full payment and any written assignment/licence in your project agreement, you may use deliverables for your business as intended.
• Until full payment, all rights in unpaid work remain with PHX-STUDIO.
• You must not remove licence/copyright notices from third-party components we include under open-source or commercial licences.

• You retain ownership of materials you supply (logos, photos, copy).
• You grant us a licence to use them to perform the services and, unless you opt out, to show the finished work in our portfolio.
• You warrant you have all rights and consents needed and will indemnify us against claims arising from materials you supply (to the extent permitted for consumers, this indemnity is limited appropriately).

• Stock photos, fonts, plugins, Apple frameworks, Google/Microsoft services, maps and open-source libraries remain owned by their respective owners.
• Your ongoing use may require you to keep licences active and comply with attribution rules.

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (as amended), including applicable fair dealing exceptions.

Although we are UK-based, we will act reasonably on valid copyright complaints regarding content we control. For content on client-owned infrastructure after handover, contact the site/app owner.

This Copyright Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
