This policy applies to PHX-STUDIO Website Development services (Bronze / Silver / Gold packages and related add-ons). It sits alongside the main PHX-STUDIO Privacy Policy.

• Custom business website design and development
• Business email setup guidance / configuration as agreed
• Contact / booking forms, SEO packages as described in your proposal
• NFC card / digital business card add-ons where purchased
• Optional Google Business Page setup, payment gateway or portal integrations as add-ons
• Monthly maintenance (where purchased)

• Written quotes / package selections define the agreed scope, pages, features and fee.
• Work outside scope (extra pages, new features, major redesigns, content rewriting beyond agreed limits) is chargeable at our then-current rates or a new written quote.
• Client delays in providing content, feedback or access may extend timelines. We are not liable for launch delays caused by client-side delay.

• Provide accurate brand assets, copy, images and legal pages you wish to publish
• Ensure you own or have licences for all materials supplied
• Provide timely feedback (we typically allow agreed revision rounds; additional rounds may be charged)
• Keep domain, hosting and third-party account credentials secure
• Comply with advertising, consumer, accessibility and sector regulations applicable to your business

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, domains and hosting may be registered in your name or managed under our partner accounts (e.g. Hostinger). Ownership arrangements will be confirmed in writing.
• Third-party services (fonts, maps, analytics, payment gateways, email deliverability) are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or fee changes by third parties.
• SSL, backups and uptime depend on the hosting plan selected.

• Unless your proposal says otherwise: typically 50% deposit before work starts; balance before launch / handover (or staged for larger builds).
• Monthly maintenance is payable in advance for each period.
• Add-ons are payable as quoted, often before implementation.
• Invoices are due within 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• Late payment by business clients may attract statutory interest and fixed sums under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, plus reasonable recovery costs.
• We may pause work, withhold launch credentials, or suspend maintenance for overdue undisputed invoices after notice.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable once substantive work has started, except where required by law or where we cancel without cause.
• Prices are in GBP. VAT will be added if and when we are VAT-registered and required to charge it.

If you are a consumer (not buying mainly for business), nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and as described. Distance contracts may include a 14-day cancellation right; if you ask us to start within that period you may need to pay for work already performed, and the right may be lost once the service is fully performed at your request.

• We will notify you when the site is ready for review.
• Unless you raise written objections within 7 days of review notice, the site may be deemed accepted.
• Launch occurs after acceptance and clearance of due payments.

• Bug fixes relating to our original build are handled under warranty for 30 days after launch for issues reproducible in supported browsers, excluding third-party or client-caused changes.
• Maintenance plans cover agreed updates, limited content edits, security patches and monitoring as described in your plan—not rebuilds or new features.
• Emergency fixes outside plan hours may be chargeable.

Essential / Premium / Deluxe SEO means implementing agreed on-page and technical measures. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic volume or sales outcomes, which depend on competition, algorithms and your ongoing content/marketing.

• Upon full payment, you receive a licence (or assignment if expressly agreed in writing) to use the finished website design and custom code produced for you.
• We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, libraries, snippets, processes and know-how, and may reuse non-client-specific components.
• Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their licences.
• Portfolio: unless you opt out in writing, we may display the project in our portfolio and marketing with credit.

• We provide services with reasonable care and skill.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites or third-party platforms.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity).
• Our total aggregate liability for a project is limited to the fees paid to us for that project in the [12] months before the claim, except for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

• Contact/booking form submissions are processed to respond to enquiries and may be emailed to you and/or stored in your CRM/inbox.
• You (the site owner) are typically the controller of visitor data collected on your live website; we act as processor when we host/manage on your behalf under instructions.
• You must provide your own privacy/cookie notices on your website where legally required.

• Contact info@phx-studio.com with full details. We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days and resolve within 14–28 days where practicable.
• If unresolved, parties will attempt good-faith negotiation. Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution if available; we will tell you if we belong to a scheme.
• Governing law: England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction (non-exclusive for consumers where mandatory rules say otherwise).

• Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days of written notice.
• On termination for non-payment, we may retain work product until accounts are settled.
• Upon request and payment of any handover fees, we will provide reasonable export of site files where technically feasible.
