• Creation of digital memorial pages honouring a deceased person (or family group as packaged)
• NFC medallions / memorial cards / optional QR products as purchased
• Sensitive, emotional context — we treat content with respect and confidentiality

• You confirm you are the next of kin, executor, or otherwise authorised to create and publish the memorial and to supply photographs, biographical details and tributes.
• You must not publish defamatory, unlawful or intentionally distressing content about living persons.
• If a legitimate dispute arises about authority or content, we may suspend the page pending resolution.

• Memorials may include information about health, religion, ethnicity or other sensitive matters.
• By submitting such content you give explicit instructions/consent for us to publish it on the memorial as requested.
• You should avoid including unnecessary data about living third parties without their consent.

• Physical NFC/QR products are made to order; check spellings before production.
• Risk of loss/damage in transit passes according to the courier’s terms once dispatched.
• Faulty products will be replaced if reported within 14 days of delivery with evidence.
• Customised physical goods are generally non-refundable once production has started, except where faulty or required by law.

• Usually payable in advance before page build and product manufacture.
• Package fees as published (Essential / Deluxe / Family) plus add-ons.

• Pages remain online for the period stated in your package/confirmation (or ongoing while hosting fees are paid, if applicable).
• You may request edits or takedown at any time; reasonable edit allowances apply, then chargeable updates.
• We may remove content that is illegal, reportable, or subject to a valid complaint.

• Memorial pages may be public via link/NFC. Consider what you publish.
• Analytics on page visits may be collected in aggregated form.
• Family members you invite may contribute tributes subject to moderation rules you set with us.

We aim to be respectful and supportive, but we are a digital services provider, not a funeral director, counsellor or legal probate adviser.

As per Websites 2.11–2.13, with particular sensitivity: we limit liability for emotional distress claims to the extent permitted by law, without excluding liability that cannot legally be excluded.
