• Assistance with Apple Developer account processes where agreed
• Push notifications, Face ID/Touch ID features where included
• App Store submission support — approval is not guaranteed
• Updates under maintenance plans where purchased

• Apple alone decides App Store approval, review times and ongoing compliance.
• You must maintain a valid Apple Developer Program membership and pay Apple fees.
• Apps should normally be published under your developer account. If published under ours by exception, ownership transfer terms must be agreed in writing.
• Guideline, API or OS changes may require paid update work unless covered by your plan.

• You warrant that app content, branding and data practices comply with law (including UK GDPR privacy disclosures inside the app where required).
• You must provide a privacy policy URL and support contact for store listing where Apple requires it.

• Larger app projects are typically staged (e.g. deposit / mid-milestone / before store submission).
• Monthly maintenance fees are payable in advance.
• Store fees, test devices, paid SDKs and third-party APIs are extra unless included.
• Non-payment may result in suspension of updates and withholding of source/handover until settled.

• On full payment, you receive the agreed licence or assignment to the custom app code produced for you, excluding third-party libraries and our reusable components.
• Repository access and handover format will be as agreed (Git access, archive, etc.).

• If the app collects user data, you are normally the controller; we act as developer/processor as applicable.
• We may use analytics/crash tools during development/testing.
• Push notification tokens and auth identifiers must be handled under your privacy notice.

30-day warranty for reproducible defects against agreed scope on currently supported iOS versions at handover. Does not cover OS upgrades, Apple policy rejections, or third-party API failure.
