Applies to spreadsheet, dashboard and related automation services (Bronze / Silver / Gold and add-ons).

• Custom spreadsheet builds (e.g. Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel / compatible tools as agreed)
• Dashboards, formulas, validation, basic automation
• Optional website or database integration add-ons
• Training handover as agreed in the package

• Spreadsheets process numbers and logic you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of source data and for verifying outputs before making business, financial or legal decisions.
• We are not your accountant, auditor, tax adviser or financial adviser. Spreadsheet tools do not replace professional advice.
• You should keep independent backups of critical data.

• You must grant the minimum access needed (viewer/editor) and revoke access when the project ends if you wish.
• Shared-drive permissions are your responsibility once handed over.

• Typically payable in full before delivery, or 50% deposit and balance on delivery, as stated in your quote.
• Additional sheets, complex automation and integrations are chargeable as quoted.
• Late payment terms mirror the main commercial terms in the Websites policy (interest, pause rights).
• Because spreadsheet products are bespoke digital services, refunds after delivery of the agreed files are generally unavailable except where required by law or if we fail to deliver the agreed scope.

Delivery of the spreadsheet link/files plus a short demo or notes constitutes delivery. Report defects within 7 days. Fixes for defects against the agreed specification are included; new feature requests are chargeable.

On full payment you may use the spreadsheet for your internal business purposes. Resale of our templates as a product is not permitted unless expressly agreed. We may reuse non-confidential techniques and generic structures.

• Spreadsheets may contain personal data of your staff or customers. You remain controller of that data.
• We access it only to build/support the solution and will not use it for other purposes.
• Avoid sending special category data unless essential; if essential, tell us in advance.

We are not liable for decisions made using spreadsheet outputs, formula misuse after handover, or data loss on third-party cloud platforms beyond our reasonable control. Liability cap as in Websites policy section 2.11.
